The life of an MP is an arduous one, and Nigel Evans (pictured), vice-chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Beer Group, has learnt to count his blessing. Arriving on stage at the Great British Beer Festival to present the shield to the Champion Beer of Britain winner, he remarked: "I''ve spent he last six days in China drinking Tsing Tao beer - I can only begin to tell you how happy I am to be here today!"
